I have some of the highest, most diverse and most respected certifications a Personal Trainer can get.

But all that doesn’t mean anything if I can’t apply that personally to you and your unique situation. This is where my many years of experience comes in. I have had hundreds of clients that range from children to professional athletes to sports teams to post-rehab to mobility issues to weight loss to just fundamental “getting into shape.” Together we can  create a customized training plan that fits where you are now and where you want to be.

I have a Nutrition Education certification from Cornell University and am excited to share this with you.

Most of us tend to see Fitness (cardio, weights etc) as the main (or even only) cornerstone to personal health. But fitness has minimal impact without proper nutrition, which is the fuel for the fire. For instance, what we eat (and don’t eat) makes up 90% of our weight goals! You can do hours of cardio, but if you are eating the wrong fuel it’s like trying to drive a sports car without oil or gas.

Let me help you evaluate, form a plan and achieve  your goals.

“No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.”Socrates

I have trained all sorts of people:
1) Young kids who just need help and motivation to get some good healthy exercise
2) A Varsity Football Team (Owen High)
3) Highly ranked athletes (tennis, runners,p football etc),
4) PostRehab – coming out of physical therapy and need the final push
5) People frustrated with their weight
6) Mature Adults who need to work on their mobility.

So what do you want to improve?
Let’s get there together!
