Sometimes you want a totally customized session. I have had thousands of one-one training sessions and would be glad to set one up. Locations are flexible, so let’s find one that works for you.
Private Group:
Would you rather put together a small group of your friends? I’ve done this with school teams, ladies tennis teams or just a cluster of friends that want to do a fitness class.
Open Group:
I often have a fitness group going on, so let me know if you’d like to jump into the mix.
