Amy gives me a great all-around workout–weights, cardio, balance, core–that is always varied, and I always finish feeling better and looking forward to the next session. After almost four years, at 68, I have a “fitness age” in my 40s.
When I started training with Amy as a senior, I asked for help in improving my strength and my balance and for exercises to prevent injuries as I played tennis. After 4 years of working with Amy, I continue to feel that she provides varied and challenging workouts that meet the goals I gave her. I feel that working with Amy is an important part of my healthy aging program.
